Most of our clients dream for years about building a custom home of their desire. But like everything else in life, cost is an inevitable consideration -- the best way to avoid surprise and disappointment over the cost of your custom home whether log or conventional, is to establish a realistic turnkey budget at the outset of the design process. the saying, "Plan ahead!" obviously came from someone with fore thought, well it works for us.
