I have no hesitation recommending BKC Custom Homes to friends or neighbors that are interested in building a custom home, but the exterior finish advertises for BKC. We actually have individuals knock on our door to question the builder information. From inception, design, contract, construction and beyond, I was a coddled customer. My initial phone contact was returned within the first half hour, when three other local companies didn't bother to return my calls. I am extremely pleased with the finished product, in fact, I often hear some of my party guest discussing about how the detail of quality shows, its fun to live in a home with this level of customization. BKC Custom Homes is a first class operation, delivering top quality products with attention to detail, care and compassion.

In comparing other log products, (the one we almost purchased and those we have seen) we consider ourselves fortunate to be building with BKC Custom Homes. The design and features of the Hearthstone Log products gives my family a sense of pride we have never felt. My children are even on a natural high, they want to invite their friends over every weekend. We are pleased with the quality of the logs themselves. The on-site supervision from BJ was amazing, no area of construction was overlooked especially the cleanliness of our home site. Several occasions of fines were imposed upon contractors for not cleaning up on a daily basis, it only took a couple of times and the word was out, as BJ says "Do It Right The First Time."
We really appreciated the way BJ kept in contact with us even after the completion, giving us a reminder call six months later for us to check the chemical level in our mosquito spray system. It's almost like BKC Custom Homes is providing a scheduled maintenance program with our home. The integrity and quality of service we have been shown by BKC Custom Homes leaves us very sincere in saying we would recommend that anyone anticipating the construction of a custom home consider BKC Custom Homes first.
